This bagel breakfast casserole is a delicious and unique way to use up leftover bagels.

- Ingredients
- 4 plain bagels, sliced
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Arrange the sliced bagels in the bottom of the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bagels, making sure to coat them well.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions over the top of the bagels.
- Bake the casserole for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
