This recipe for Buffalo Blue Cheese Fried Deviled Eggs is a delicious and unique twist on the classic deviled eggs. The crispy fried coating and spicy buffalo sauce perfectly complement the creamy and tangy blue cheese deviled egg filling for a flavor explosion in every bite.

 

- Ingredients

  • 6 boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

- Directions

  1. Cut the boiled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Place the yolks in a mixing bowl and add the mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, blue cheese crumbles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Fill the egg whites with the buffalo blue cheese mixture, using a spoon or piping bag.
  3. Place the flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in three separate bowls. Dip each stuffed egg half into the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, followed by the panko breadcrumbs, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the egg to coat evenly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the breaded deviled egg halves in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Remove the fried deviled egg halves from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
  6. Serve the Buffalo Blue Cheese Fried Deviled Eggs hot with additional buffalo sauce and blue cheese crumbles on top, if desired.
